Meet Adam and David, the visionary minds behind Stevox Brewery Ltd a home brewing company that marries their shared passion for cider and mead with their fascination for Viking lore. With barrels full of creativity and a spirit as adventurous as the seafaring warriors of old, these two best friends have carved a unique path, crafting not just beverages, but an experience that transports patrons to an age of legends and epic feasts.
After drinking Stevox cider I found it very hard to drink any other cider. It is very morish and even better that you don't get gassy drinking them either.

Much better then any of the other ciders I’ve tasted. Easy to drink, doesn’t leave that harsh feeling like other ciders. Cherry is the one to go for!

3 Months Deep
Welcome to GÓI (March), as renovations continue with the out house the more important and great news this month is we did our first ever event, we was very short noticed for it but it went amazing we took 19 bottle of three different flavors of cider and they were that popular we had none left at the end of the night. This has put so much motivation into our minds ready to push for bigger and better things we initially wanted to be brewing minimum of 30l of cider a month which has now increased more than double we are now aiming for a minimum of 75l of cider on constant stock. Mead has had amazing milestones this month with us starting a brew of 25 liters this including a brew of limited addition mead that will be aged for a lengthy time. This increase of brewing and publicity helps us get our product out to you guys.
